Standard processing time: All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and EU statutory holidays)

Shipping notification: After shipment, you will receive an email with the courier number and tracking link

Delays: Promotional season or force majeure may extend the processing time to 10 working days

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time is 20-40 calendar days (calculated from the date of shipment)

Influencing factors:

✓ Customs clearance process (non-EU countries may add an additional 5-10 days)

Time guarantee: The shipping time stated is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time

Customs clearance: Non-EU destinations may incur additional duties/taxes (paid by the recipient)

Address confirmation: Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

4. Logistics problem handling
Order query: Log in to your account or use the tracking link in the email

Package delay: Only delayed declarations are accepted if the package has not been received 40 days after delivery

Lost claims: Relevant supporting documents are required, and the investigation period is up to 30 days
